Student Survival £475
Are you moving out of home for the first time and wondering how you will fend for yourself without Mum’s home cooking?
Maybe you are looking for advice on cooking on a budget, or just getting to know some of the basics to impress friends at your first dinner party. Our ‘Student Survival’ course could be the option for you. On this course we will cover the basics of cooking, such as how to stock up your freezer, how to host a dinner party on a minimal budget and how to cook up the ultimate study feast. Our Chef will also teach you about essential store cupboard ingredients, using basic cuts of meat, and how to cook great meals with the most basic kitchen utensils and equipment.
All courses are taught by our master chef Jake Pinn. Our School is positioned in Abinger Hammer, a delightful and picturesque village in the heart of the Surrey hills. Newly refurbished, the school provides each student with a fully equipped kitchen. We believe in hands-on, practical teaching, so be prepared to roll up your sleeves.
