Chef Skills: Pastry making
Perfect your pastry skills with our two day pastry making course. We’ll focus on making different pastries including: choux, shortcrust, pâte sucrée, and rough puff.
During your two days with us, we’ll teach you a repertoire of sweet and savoury dishes you can reproduce at home. Once you have mastered the art of pastry making, you’ll have the confidence to create endless variations of pies, tarts and biscuits to the delight of your family and friends.
All courses are taught by our master chef Jake Pinn. Our School is positioned in Abinger Hammer, a delightful and picturesque village in the heart of the Surrey hills. Newly refurbished, the school provides each student with a fully equipped kitchen.
We believe in hands-on, practical teaching, so be prepared to roll up your sleeves. Students are provided with all necessary ingredients and equipment.
