Dim Sum Cookery Course – Evening
The art of preparing small bite-sized or individual portions of delicious dumplings…Yum Yum
On this two hour course, budding chefs will learn how to make dim sum; an art at the forefront of Chinese cuisine.
Students will learn how to craft these traditional Chinese snacks and discover how to correctly identify authentic ingredients. When the lesson is over, all our students will be able to indulge in their creations, with enough to take home to share with family and friends.

Our master chef, Jake Pinn teaches all the courses. Our School is positioned in Abinger Hammer, a delightful and picturesque village in the heart of the Surrey hills. Newly refurbished, the school provides each student with a fully equipped kitchen.
We believe in hands-on, practical teaching, so be prepared to roll up your sleeves. Students are provided with all necessary ingredients and equipment.
